The Newark Police Division is seeking applications for the title of Police Aide. Responsibilities include performing various clerical and physical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Taking fingerprints and photos
• Preparing reports
• Preventative maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Assisting officer-in-charge of property room and in securing evidence and lost/found items, and more.

Applicants must possess a valid NJ driver’s license and must be residents of the City of Newark.
