Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person, Monique Michelle Pallan. Monique was last seen on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., on the 9000 block of Garvey Avenue, in the city of South El Monte.
Monique is described as a 44-year-old female Hispanic adult, 5’02”, 210 lbs., with black hair, and brown eyes. She has tattoos on her wrists and fingers.
Ms. Pallan was last seen wearing a black sweater with “Whittier” on it and black sweatpants. She suffers from a mental health disorder.
Ms. Pallan’s family is concerned for her well-being and is asking for the public’s help in locating her.
