Special Weather Statement until 03:30PM

At 300 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Pritchardville, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Bluffton, Hardeeville, Pritchardville, Palmetto Bluff, Coastal Carolina Hospital, Sun City, Rose Hill, Okatie, Jasper and Calawassie Island. This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 5 and 11.
