* WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina, including the following counties, Buncombe, Henderson, McDowell, Polk and Rutherford.
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, including roads. Use caution when driving.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 734 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to ongoing thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hendersonville, Fletcher, Fairview In Buncombe County, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock Village, Bat Cave, Chimney Rock State Park, Skyland, Gerton, Edneyville, Shingle Hollow and Sugar Hill. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Your message should describe the specific location where impacts occurred and the depth of flooding observed. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
