Activity for May 8, 2025:
- Detective Brooks, Detective Tinklepaugh, JSO Deputy Shackleford and Blackman Township PSO Regnier responded to the 1400 block of Losey Avenue for a warrant pick-up. A 36-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant. A 34-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
- Officers attended the Health and Safety Fair at Omni Source.
- Officer Marcum responded to the 6600 block of Lansing Avenue to recover a vehicle reported stolen on May 7th. Officer Marcum located the 44-year-old male suspect and obtained a confession. Charges will be sought on the suspect for unlawfully driving away an automobile.
- Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop near South Elm Avenue and Page Avenue. The 46-year-old male driver was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officer Jones was dispatched to the 1200 block of Chittock Avenue for a larceny report. A firearm was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Mills responded to the 200 block of West Biddle Street for an assault report. A 36-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Resisting and obstructing charges will be sought on the male.
