MONDAY, MAY 5, 2025:
6:44 AM Officer Taylor investigated a window smash vehicle burglary that occurred near S Magazine Dr & Newpark Mall Rd. Reported loss included tools.
6:44 AM Officer Stevenson investigated a vehicle theft from the area of Mowry Ave & Rockrose Dr.
10:41 AM CSO Lau investigated a license plate theft that occurred near Cherry St & Buena Vista Dr.
8:28 PM Officer Williams recovered a stolen vehicle from the area of Baine Ave & Olive St.
TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2025:
1:01 AM Officer Williams conducted a probation check near Wells Ave & Filbert St. A 40-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and violation of probation terms. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
9:59 AM CSO Lau investigated a vehicle theft near Hickory St & Central Ave. The keys were left inside the vehicle.
11:00 AM Officer Soto conducted a traffic stop near Cherry St & Mowry Ave. A 23-year-old male was cited for driving with a suspended license.
1:58 PM CSO Lau investigated a vehicle theft that occurred near Lafayette Blvd & Ruschin Dr.
7:43 PM Officer Cervantes was dispatched to a shoplifting report near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave. A 23-year-old male was cited for theft and disorderly conduct.
9:06 PM Officer Williams recovered a stolen vehicle near Cedar Blvd & N Magazine Dr.
9:23 PM Officer Williams arrested a 38-year-old male for public intoxication. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 2025:
9:50 AM Officer Kapu cited a 17-year-old male for speeding near Cherry St & Joaquin Murieta Ave.
6:33 PM Officer S. Torres investigated an extortion scam involving the impersonation of a police officer.
11:24 PM Officer Norvell investigated a vehicle theft that occurred near Sycamore St & Graham Ave.
THURSDAY, MAY 8, 2025:
5:38 AM Officer Quinonez responded to a domestic disturbance near Cedar Blvd & Lafayette Ave. A 32-year-old female was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
7:24 AM Officer Piquette investigated a window smash vehicle burglary that occurred near Enterprise Dr & Hickory St. Loose change was reported taken from the vehicle.
7:26 AM Officer Pacheco investigated a stolen vehicle reported near Newark Blvd & Brittany Ave. It was later recovered unoccupied.
10:05 AM CSO Lau was dispatched to a window smash vehicle burglary that occurred near Enterprise Dr & Hickory St. A bag containing electronics and checks were taken.
1:49 PM Officer Piquette conducted a welfare check near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd. A 26-year-old female with outstanding warrants was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
4:39 PM CSO Lau responded to a license plate theft from the area of Cherry St & Fountaine Ave.
9:17 PM Officer C. Torres conducted a welfare check near Jarvis Ave & Lido Blvd. A 49-year-old transient individual was arrested for outstanding warrants and possession of narcotics. They were transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
FRIDAY, MAY 9, 2025:
12:57 AM Officer Kim responded to a suspicious person reported near Balentine Dr & John Muir Dr. A 27-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
1:00 AM Officer Losier investigated a vehicle burglary near Jarvis Ave & Dumbarton Court.
7:47 AM Officer Berlanga was dispatched to a theft that occurred on Newpark Mall Rd. A generator was reported taken from the rear of a vehicle.
9:23 PM CSO Mora was dispatched to a window smash vehicle burglary that occurred near Enterprise Dr & Hickory St. No loss was reported.
SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025:
12:23 AM Officer Shaffer conducted a welfare check near Newark Blvd & Mayhews Landing Rd. Upon arriving, a 66-year-old male was determined to be in violation of a court order. He was arrested for possession of narcotics and for violating the court order. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:10 AM Officer Diaz-Perez was dispatched to a vehicle burglary near Sycamore St & Thornton Ave. The side window was forced down into the trim. Loss included a wallet taken from the vehicle and other personal items.
7:00 PM Officer Swadener conducted a pedestrian stop on a known probationer near Cedar Blvd & Cedar Ct. A 41-year-old male was booked into Santa Rita Jail for possession of narcotics and resisting arrest.
10:25 PM Officer Swadener recovered a stolen vehicle near Sycamore St & Graham Ave.
SUNDAY, MAY 11, 2025:
1:37 AM Officer Soto conducted a welfare check near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd on a person laying on the ground. A 29-year-old male was too intoxicated to care for himself, and was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
9:38 AM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated a vehicle theft that occurred in the area of Musick Ave & Ruschin Dr.
5:28 PM Officer Taylor investigated a jewelry swap scam that occurred near Cedar Blvd & N Magazine Dr.
