* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Blackford and Grant.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 606 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Sweetser, Van Buren, Lake Wood, Hanfield, Landess, Arcana, Home Corner and Jalapa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
