1. Battery on an Officer (1021) 200 Block of East Downs Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the area regarding a subject trespassing on private property and acting erratically. When officers tried to detain him, he assaulted the officers. Officers eventually took the suspect into custody and placed him in a restraint device to prevent him from injuring himself or the officers. Both officers sustained minor injuries. ARRESTED: Eduardo Ceja, 21, for resisting arrest and assaulting police officers.
