5/07 - 7:50 a.m. - Police were called to Curtis Auto Body, on South Illinois Street, for a report of a subject damaging property on the premesis. When Officers arrived, they found there to be probable cause to take the subject into custody. During this time, the subject resisted arrest. Officers were eventually able to take him into custody. Zlatko Kireta, 52 of Smithton, was cited for Resisting a Peace Officer.
