The National Weather Service is predicting a slight risk for severe thunderstorms 
The National Weather Service is currently anticipating a line of strong thunderstorms to track across the state late tonight and into the morning. The main threat will be for the potential of hail up to 1 inch in diameter, winds at 60 MPH or greater and heavy rainfall. There is also a slight possibility of a tornado.
We suggest that you sign up for alerts from the National Weather Service, or any of several media outlets that provides weather alerts in real time. A weather alert radio is also another alternative. Please be advised that tornado sirens are designed to be heard indoors, especially at night.
