1. Person Shot (Delayed) Searchlight Avenue and East Main Street, Park District
At approximately 1220 hours, the victim was in the listed area when he was shot by unknown suspects. The victim self-transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information.
2. Robbery (1717) 4200 Block of East Morada Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 26, was working at an area business when the suspects entered and stole merchandise. The victim attempted to stop the suspects, but the suspects battered her and fled. The victim did not require medical attention. SUSPECTS: Two Black male adults and one White female adult.
3. Person Stabbed (1745) 300 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 26, was in the area when the suspect approached and stabbed him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
4. Kidnapping (1900) Turnpike Road and Downing Avenue, Seaport District
The female victim, 25, came to Stockton with the suspect. The suspect refused to let the victim out of his car and battered her. The victim escaped and was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Indian male adult.
5. Restraining Order Violation/Resisting Arrest (0302) 400 Block of West Poplar Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area due to the suspect violating a restraining order. Upon contact, the suspect fled on foot, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Eric Hernandez, 26, for resisting arrest, violation of a restraining order, and public intoxication.
6. Person Stabbed (0350) 4800 Block of South Highway 99 East Frontage Road, Park District
The male victim, 26, was in the area when the suspect approached him and demanded money. When the victim refused, the suspect cut him with a knife. The victim gave the suspect his property, and the suspect fled. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
