Petaluma Police Department seeks assistance in identifying Robbery Suspect
On May 16, 2025, at approximately 3:08 AM, the Petaluma Police Department received a 911 call reporting a robbery at the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 5300 Old Redwood Highway.
The employee stated a male suspect entered the store when no other customers were present. He approached the employee and demanded money from the register, threatening to kill them if they did not comply. The suspect then lifted his shirt to reveal a firearm, which he held at his side without pointing it directly at the employee. Fearing for their safety, the employee handed over the cash. The suspect subsequently fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as an adult male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing a dark sweatshirt with a multicolored graphic, gray sweatpants, red socks, black and white shoes, and a ski mask covering his face.
Petaluma Police officers searched the surrounding area extensively but could not locate a suspect matching the provided description.
