The attached letter and map highlight the designated area (shaded in gray) within Byram Township where the New Jersey Department of Agriculture 2025 LDD Gypsy Moth Control Program spraying is scheduled to take place.

The spraying is currently scheduled to take place on Monday May 19^th, 2025, beginning after 8:30 am.  However, please note that the date and time remain tentative as weather conditions could change the timeframe.  If weather conditions require the timeframe for spraying to be altered, a follow up message will be sent out with additional details.

Trained personnel from the New Jersey Department of Agriculture and Byram Township Department of Public Works will be in the area during the spray operations to assist. Pilots will be carefully briefed to ensure that the spray material is being applied in the proper areas as directed.
