* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 222 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding was ongoing across portions of the warned area. - For Neshanic at Reaville: At 2:15pm the stage was 6.71 feet. Flood Stage is 6.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
