* IMPACTS...Blowing dust/dirt may lower visibilities suddenly
  making travel hazardous. 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With the gusty winds causing the blowing
  dust/dirt, damage to small tree branches/limbs and unsecured
  objects may occur.
