UPDATE: POWER HAS NOW BEEN RESTORED FOR THE AFFECTED AREAS.
Chelsea Light and Power has located the problem. To make the necessary repairs, there will be a PLANNED power outage in the area of the Lanewood subdivision and the northern areas of town.
The City of Chelsea is currently experiencing a power outage on the east side of the city. Chelsea Light and Power has been notified and is enroute to assess the issue. There is no known restoration time available.
