The male victim, 34, was in the listed area in an argument with the known suspect, who struck him with a metal chain and chased him with a hatchet. The male victim, 43, was seated in his vehicle when the suspect intentionally drove her vehicle into the victim’s vehicle. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: White female adult.
