The LDD Gypsy Moth spraying tentatively scheduled to take place this morning has been postponed due to the current wind conditions.

The spraying has been rescheduled for this evening after 5pm depending on the weather conditions at that time. If weather conditions postpone the spraying again, it will be moved to 5:30am on Tuesday May 20, 2025.
 
Trained personnel from the New Jersey Department of Agriculture and Byram Township Department of Public Works will be in the area during the spray operations to assist. Pilots will be carefully briefed to ensure that the spray material is being applied in the proper areas as directed.
