* At 1013 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 5 miles southeast of Richwoods, or 11 miles north of Potosi, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This tornado will be near... Richwoods around 1020 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by the tornado include Fletcher, Grubville, Oermann and Morse Mill.
