* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, At this height the entire Arapaho campground will be under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:29 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 16.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
