Dear Cranbury Residents,

We want to inform you that there was an attempted burglary reported in one of our neighborhoods.  This serves as an important reminder for all of us to remain vigilant.

Please be observant and report any suspicious activity or suspicious individuals in the area to the Cranbury Police Department immediately. If you see something that doesn't seem right—no matter how small it may seem—do not hesitate to call the Cranbury Police at 609-395-0031 or 911 if an emergency 

In the meantime:

• Ensure all doors and windows are locked, even when you’re home.

• Keep exterior lights on at night.
  
  Arm your alarm system or consider installing a home security system.

• Consider installing security cameras.

• Lock all vehicles in your driveway and remove the key fob and garage door opener when exiting the vehicle.
