CAD CALLS: 1046

1. Weapons Arrest (1400) 1300 East Main Street, Park District
Officers were at an area business and contacted the suspect, who had a firearm in his possession. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Ramon Quintero, 19, for illegal gambling charges, narcotic sales, and weapons charges.

2. Resisting Arrest (1545) El Dorado Street and Fremont Street, Civic District
Officers were in the listed area and attempted to detain the suspect, who fled on a bicycle. The suspect was apprehended, searched, and found to have narcotics. ARRESTED: Darell McDowell, 35, for resisting arrest, narcotics charges, and a warrant.

3. Resisting Arrest (2052) 300 Block of Della Street, Park District
Officers responded to the area of the call location on a report of a suspicious person entering a residence. Upon arrival, officers located and attempted to detain the suspect. The suspect pulled away from officers, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Evrende Ampersand, 35, for resisting arrest, prowling, and public intoxication charges.

4. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2130) 8000 Block of Fontenay Way, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 37, was in the listed area when he got into an altercation with the known suspect. The suspect pulled out a sharp object, injuring the victim. The suspect then fled and took the victim's property. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2250) 400 Block of East Oak Street, Civic District
The female victim, 27, was in the listed area when she got into an altercation with the known suspect. The suspect pulled out a sharp object, injuring the victim. The suspect was located and arrested by officers without incident. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Lamia Herbert, 42, for assault with a deadly weapon.

6. Weapons Arrest (0316) 1000 Block of East Scotts Street, Park District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop of a vehicle in the area. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and located a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Mario Gonzalez, 35, for weapons charges.

7. Weapons Arrest (0422) 8500 Block of North El Dorado Street, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a suspect who brandished a firearm. When officers contacted the suspect, he pulled away, and force was used to subdue him. The suspect was uninjured. Officers searched the suspect’s property and found a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Rashad Cooks, 22, for brandishing, resisting arrest, and weapons charges.
