* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north and north-central Arkansas.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall, ranging from 3-6 inches, could fall across the watch area over multiple days. Training of thunderstorms in combination with wet antecedent soil conditions could quickly result in flash flooding. Given this is Memorial Day weekend, more folks are likely to be out on area rivers, streams, lakes, and or at campsites which could be affected by heavy rainfall. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
