Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a drug charge.
On May 21, at approximately 12:14 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 300 block of West 7th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 33-year-old Terrance Waters, who was taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 66.5 grams of marijuana packaged for sale.
Waters has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution pending further proceedings.
