H&S 11379 - Transportation of Controlled Substance for Sales
H&S 11366 - Maintaining a Drug House
LOCATION: W Needles Hwy and W Broadway Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jolene Hugon, 39-year-old, Female Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a traffic stop near W Needles Hwy and W Broadway Street for vehicle code violations.
During the traffic stop, deputies contacted the passenger, Jolene Hugan. During the investigation, deputies located a large amount of suspected methamphetamine on Hugan's person and a large sum of money. With the assistance of San Bernardino County Probation and K-9 Rio, deputies served a search warrant of her residence which led to the seizure of illegal narcotics, packaging materials and various paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking.
Jolene Hugon was arrested for H&S 11351- Possession of Narcotics for Sales and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Hugon remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $40,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
