The male victim, 36, was walking in the area when he was shot. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no suspect information.
3. Battery on an Officer (0008) West Hammer Lane and Lower Sacramento Road, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the listed area to investigate a traffic accident. Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle, who was found to be intoxicated. Officers transported the suspect to an area hospital, where she assaulted officers and had to be restrained. ARRESTED: Vivian Olivia, 29, for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer.
