Please take note of the following schedule changes in observance of Labor Day:
Town Hall Closure
West Springfield Town Hall, including all administrative offices, will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025, in observance of Labor Day. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Trash and Recycling Pickup Delay
Due to the holiday, trash and recycling collection services will be delayed by one day for the entire week.
- If your normal pickup day is Monday, September 1st, your trash and recycling will be collected on Tuesday, September 2nd.
- Tuesday pickups will shift to Wednesday, and so on, through Saturday, September 6th.
We encourage residents to place their bins curbside the night before their delayed pickup day to ensure collection.
