Possession of Child Pornography Arrest
In April of 2024 a cybertip was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Numerous search warrants were served on Electronic Service Providers and Scott Ludois was developed as the suspect. A search warrant at his residence was conducted and additional electronics were seized. ESD K9 Maui assisted in the search.
Ludois was arrested on May 23rd, 2025 near the intersection South Jackson Street and West State Street in the City of Janesville. Ludois was held in custody at the Rock County Jail.
