SUSPECT: Seth Anthony Magana a 21-year-old male resident of Corona
Madison Elaine Nguyen a 28-year-old female resident of Corona
SUMMARY: On Sunday, May 11, 2025, deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station responded to a burglary in the 14000 block of Pollard Drive in Lytle Creek. During their response, deputies developed investigative leads and identified potential suspects.
On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at about 8:00 a.m., Madison Nguyen was contacted at her residence in Corona and taken into custody for the burglary. Nguyen was booked at West Valley Detention Center and is being held without bail.
During the investigation, detectives identified the second suspect, Seth Magana, and collaborated with deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department - Lake Elsinore Station and developed additional leads. Detectives continued the investigation and on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, Magana was located and taken into custody. Magana is currently being held at Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside on a no-bail hold.
