Curfew for JV’s in effect at 10 PM. Violators subject to arrest. Parents of violators subject to $1,000 fine.. 
Enforcement of the City’s curfew for juveniles will begin at 10:00 PM. If you are under the age of 18 and not accompanied by a legal guardian, you must leave public areas, including the boardwalk and streets, at this time. Violators are subject to arrest and parents of violators are subject to fines up to $1,000.
