* WHEN...From this afternoon to early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 14.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 16.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
