Old William Penn closure for Export Parade. 
Expect a brief closure on Old William Penn highway between Hills Church and Italy Rd while the Export Memorial Day Parade Occurrs. The closure will start at 1035 with the parade starting at 1045. Closure is expect to be less than 30 minutes. Lincoln Ave and Washington Ave in Export boro will also be closed to vehicle traffic during the parade.
