* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Dimmit, Frio, Kinney, Maverick, Medina, Uvalde and Zavala.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 105 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Uvalde, Pearsall, Crystal City, Carrizo Springs, Devine, Dilley, Big Wells, Batesville, La Pryor, Lytle, Natalia, North Pearsall, Moore, Washer, Loma Vista, Uvalde Estates, Knippa, Las Colonias, Frio Town and Chula Vista-River Spur. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
