Emergency Water Main Break – Garfield Avenue Closure and Water Quality Notice 
A significant water main break has occurred on the 200 block of Garfield Avenue, and the area will be temporarily closed to traffic while utility crews perform emergency repairs. Due to the size and volume of the break, water quality in the surrounding area may be affected. Residents may experience discolored water or changes in water pressure. The road is expected to reopen between 2:00 and 4:00 PM today. Please direct any questions or concerns to the Department of Public Works (856-858-0533).
