Sheriff’s Office Arrests Three Suspects in Connection with Thefts at KB Homes Construction Sites 
Over the past ten months, the Sheriff’s Office received approximately eleven reports of property theft at KB Homes construction sites in Hughson. The stolen items, including air conditioning units, water heaters, construction materials, and appliances, were valued at approximately $15,490.
During the investigation, detectives from the Rural Crimes Unit identified a suspect, Kekoa Octubre. Following a search of his residence, Octubre was arrested for burglarizing two unoccupied home at the KB Homes development in Hughson, and one home in a Patterson development.
On May 18, 2025, at approximately 11:23 p.m., detectives interrupted a burglary in progress at the Hughson KB Homes development. The Sheriff’s Office Air Unit observed two individuals loading items, including cabinets and miscellaneous construction materials, from unoccupied homes. Both suspects were apprehended and identified as Adrian Ramirez-Baez and Isaias Machuca. They were arrested and charged with burglary, conspiracy, and receiving stolen property.
The two incidents are unrelated, and it remains unknown whether the individuals are connected to thefts at other construction sites.
