Princeton man arrested for OWI. 
On May 25, 2025, at 4:20 a.m. Deputy Michael Bates conducted a traffic stop on a Black 2008 Ford F150 near the intersection of US 41 and County Road 350 South after observing the vehicle fail to maintain its lane of travel on US 41. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Bates identified the driver as 29-year-old Brett Gladish of Princeton. While speaking with the driver, Deputy Bates detected clues that Mr. Gladish was under the influence of an unknown intoxicant. At that point Deputy Bates began a roadside DUI investigation. At the conclusion of the inquiry Mr. Gladish was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Endangerment.
Deputy Levi Sims and Princeton Officer Ben Kiesel assisted Deputy Bates in his investigation.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
