Update: Green Bay Police Investigate Crash with Serious Injuries; W Mason Street Reopened to Drivers

The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a crash involving a SUV and a motorcycle on W Mason Street that has resulted in serious injuries for one person.
 
On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at approximately 10:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of W Mason Street and S Locust Street, for the crash.
 
The motorcyclist, a 65-year-old New Franken man, is hospitalized after being transported for medical treatment. Neither the driver of the SUV nor any passengers reported any injuries.
 
At this time, the initial crash investigation indicates that the SUV failed to yield to the motorcyclist’s right of way.
 
W Mason Street, which was temporarily closed between S Fisk Street and S Ridge Road, reopened to traffic at approximately 2:45 p.m.
 
No further details are currently planned for release.
