Activity for May 27, 2025:
- Officer Allison responded to the 100 block of West Addison Street for a larceny report. A firearm was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Goings was dispatched to the 100 block of Bates Street for a personal welfare check. A 43-year-old female was arrested for conditional bond violation, and an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers responded to the 300 block of West Michigan Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 14-year-old female was transported to the hospital. Resisting and obstructing charges will be sought on the 14-year-old.
- Officer Elston visited with students at St. Mary’s Elementary.
- Officer Goble was dispatched to the 600 block of South Jackson Street for disorderly subjects. A 39-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers responded to the 500 block of Orange Street for a suspicious situation. A 51-year-old male was arrested for accosting a minor for immoral purposes; possessing child sexually abusive material; indecent exposure; conditional bond violation; and possession of narcotics.
- Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 500 block of South Gorham Street. The 30-year-old male suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival, and has not been located.
