The Hoboken Housing Authority (HHA) will open its online pre-applications for the public housing waitlist as well as the project-based voucher waitlist at Fox Hill Gardens beginning tomorrow, May 29, at 8 a.m. The application portal will close on Friday, May 30, at 4 p.m. Interested applicants may apply online at www.myhhanj.com/apply.
Unit sizes for pre-application for the public housing wait list range from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Please note that apartments at Adams, Monroe Gardens, and Fox Hill are available only to elderly or disabled individuals.
Once a pre-application is submitted, the applicant will receive a confirmation email and will need to verify their selected preferences. They will also receive an application number. This number does NOT represent the applicant's placement on the waitlist. Placement will be made by lottery, and only 100 applicants per unit size will be selected.
