The Hoboken Housing application portal is now live 
Our application portal for the public housing waitlist and the project-based voucher waitlist at Fox Hill Gardens is live until Friday, May 30, at 4 p.m. Please visit www.myhhanj.com/apply.
Unit sizes for pre-application for the public housing wait list range from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Adams, Monroe, and Fox Hill Garden apartments are available only to elderly or disabled individuals.
Once a pre-application is submitted, applicants will receive a confirmation email and must verify their selected preferences, including an application number. This number does NOT represent the applicant's placement on the waitlist. Placement will be made by lottery, and only 100 applicants per unit size will be selected.
