Temporary Park Access Update – Millwood NH Rec Center (June 2–6) 
Please be advised that from June 2 through June 6, 2025 (weather permitting), the Millwood Neighborhood Recreation Center located at 499 Shady Glen Drive, Capitol Heights, MD, will undergo improvements including new ADA parking, walkway installation, and resurfacing of the entire complex.
During this time:
- Vehicle access to the park will be closed daily.
- The playground and trail will remain open and accessible on foot.
- We kindly ask all visitors to follow posted signage and avoid coned-off areas for the safety of both yourself and others.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we enhance accessibility and safety for all park users.
