 Armed Robbery Investigation

 Report Number: 25-2590

On Friday, May 23, 2025, at approximately 5:15 a.m., Culver City Police received a report of an armed robbery at the 5800 block of Washington Boulevard.

Initial investigation indicates that two suspects entered the business and walked behind the counter of the location. The first suspect (S/1) removed a black semi-automatic pistol from their jacket pocket, pointed it at an employee of the business, and demanded that the employee open the cash register. S/1 proceeded to remove approximately one hundred fifty dollars from the cash register. While S/1 was behind the counter, the second suspect (S/2) robbed an additional victim, a customer at the location, taking forty dollars in cash from the second victim. Both suspects exited the front door of the location and ran westbound toward La Cienega Boulevard and out of sight. An extensive search of the area was conducted, and the suspects were not located.

Suspects: (S/1) Male, Hispanic, approximately 30-40 years old, approximately 5’7”, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes

(S/2) Male, Hispanic, approximately 30-40 years old, approximately 5’8”, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, black and white shoes, black hat (with “LA” on front) 

Weapon: Black semi-automatic handgun
