3rd Precinct Executive Officer Lieutenant E. Santiago, along with Community Service Officers A. Hart and S. Pereira, attended a Vape and Drug awareness Seminar hosted by Jessica Delgado of the Family Connections organization at Immaculate Heart of Mary church, 212 Lafayette Street. In attendance was Maria DeAlmeida, East Ward liaison for University Hospital.
