* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Edgecombe, Franklin, Halifax, Nash and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 947 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rocky Mount, Roanoke Rapids, Nashville, Louisburg, Warrenton, Halifax, Franklinton, Norlina, Dortches, Littleton, Bunn, Red Oak, Enfield, Weldon, Spring Hope, Youngsville, Whitakers, Castalia, Macon and Centerville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
