* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Real and Val Verde.
* WHEN...Until 545 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 234 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rocksprings, Comstock, Loma Alta, Langtry, Camp Wood, Carta Valley, Box Canyon, Amistad Acres, Seminole Canyon State Park, Shumla, Barksdale, Vance, Vinegarone, Devils River State Nat Area Del Norte, Devils River State Nat Area Big Satan, Devils Shores, Pafford Crossing, Rough Canyon Recreation Area, Kickapoo Cavern State Park and Spur 406 Campground. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
