In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Lewis and Upshur. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Nicholas and Southeast Nicholas.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
