Metro/9th Precinct School Resource Officer B. Rosado attended the Great Oaks Downtown Middle School’s “Choose Your Room” event.

During this event, students selected an experience or “a room” to explore a new skill or area of interest outside of their regular classes. The chosen  theme was “Horsing Around” as the children requested specifically for the Newark Police horses to attend.

The Metro/9th Precinct’s Bicycle Unit and Traffic (motorcycle) Unit also attended. Officer Rosado gifted the students snacks, pencils, and erasers aligned with the theme.
