* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 845 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - For Raritan River at Manville: At 8:15am the stage was 8.75 feet.
