Officers located a vehicle in the listed area, which was reported as to have been carjacked. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the suspect fled, and a short pursuit ensued. The vehicle became
disabled and the suspect was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Eilas Espinoza, 22, for carjacking and evading.
