We want to thank our residents for their concern and for reaching out regarding the condition of our parks following Friday night’s storm. We’re currently receiving a high volume of calls and inquiries, and we appreciate how much you care about our community spaces.

Our Public Works staff has been working diligently since the storm to get the Township back in shape. As always, roadways are our first priority, especially in areas impacted by downed trees and utility lines. Cleanup on those roadways is still ongoing.

Once the roads are cleared and safe, crews will shift their focus to our parks—likely sometime this afternoon through tomorrow.

Additionally, the Yard Waste Facility will remain OPEN to residents affected by the storm until 2:00 PM today, Monday, June 2.
